✨ Pristine Deep Cleaning Scope of Work

 Our Pristine Deep Clean is perfect for starting Routine Maintenance Cleaning services and for special occasions. Our trained cleaners will scrub, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all the hard-to-reach areas, along with any spaces that need extra attention. This prepares your home for ongoing Routine Maintenance Cleaning and those important special occasions.

General Areas (Whole Home)

• Hand dust all surfaces, including furniture, décor, vents, shelves, and baseboards (reachable with a 2-foot step ladder or less)
• Wipe light switches, door frames, and handles throughout
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture (including under cushions when accessible)
• Sweep and mop all hard floors, including behind movable furniture and appliances where accessible
• Clean interior glass, mirrors, and reachable windows
• Wipe interior doors and trim
• Clean and refresh trash bins before relining
• Spot clean reachable walls for fingerprints and marks

Kitchen

• Clean countertops, backsplash, and sink (including behind faucet)
• Wipe down exterior and interior of appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, etc.)
• Wipe and polish range hood and stovetop, including burner grates
• Clean inside and outside of cabinet doors and handles
• Polish sink and faucet
• Wipe light fixtures, switch plates, and accessible vents
• Sweep and mop all floors thoroughly, including edges and corners
• Empty and refresh trash bins

Bathrooms

• Clean sinks, faucets, countertops, and backsplashes
• Scrub toilets (interior and exterior), tubs, and showers
• Polish mirrors, glass doors, and fixtures
• Wipe cabinet fronts, drawers, and hardware
• Remove soap residue, water spots, and buildup on tiles and grout (surface-level only)
• Clean light fixtures and reachable vents
• Sweep and mop all floors
• Empty and refresh trash bins

Bedrooms

• Dust all reachable surfaces, décor, picture frames, lamps, and furniture
• Clean under beds and behind furniture where accessible
• Wipe nightstands, dressers, and mirrors
• Vacuum or mop floors (including edges and corners)
• Change linens if fresh sets are provided
• Lightly dust baseboards, vents, and switch plates

Living & Common Areas

• Hand dust all furniture, décor, shelves, and electronics
• Clean under and behind furniture where reachable
• Wipe and polish wood surfaces and glass décor
• Fluff and arrange pillows and throws
• Clean mirrors, glass tabletops, and light fixtures
• Vacuum or mop all flooring

Entryways, Hallways & Stairs

• Dust banisters, spindles, and trim
• Wipe light switches, doors, and walls for marks
• Vacuum or mop stair treads, risers, and hallways
• Clean mirrors, windows, and décor where accessible

Laundry / Utility  Room

• Wipe washer and dryer exteriors
• Clean behind and beneath appliances (if safely movable)
• Wipe counters, cabinets, and sink
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty and refresh trash bins

Finishing Touches

Included

• Final wipe-down of visible smudges, streaks, or residue.
• Replace items neatly, fluff pillows, and ensure rooms appear orderly.
• Light deodorizing (if client-approved).

🛑 Deep Cleaning — Not Included In Standard Deep Home Cleaning 

Our Deep Cleaning service is a top-to-bottom detail clean, but certain tasks remain outside its scope. The following tasks are not included in our Pristine Deep Cleaning service. These items require additional time, equipment, or safety considerations and are handled during scheduled Deep Cleaning or specialty services.

• Tasks requiring a ladder higher than 2 feet or any unsafe reach (e.g., ceiling fans or light fixtures over stairwells)
• Washing or removing high window treatments, curtains, or blinds that require disassembly
• Carpet or upholstery shampooing, steaming, or stain extraction
• Cleaning unfinished basements, attics, or garages
• Exterior cleaning (decks, patios, siding, outdoor furniture, etc.)
• Heavy lifting or moving large furniture or appliances
• Wall washing that requires ladders or extensive scrubbing of painted surfaces
• Pest or biohazard cleanup
• Fireplace or chimney cleaning
• Laundry, dishwashing, or organizing services
