Your initial service will be a thorough Deep Clean, followed by ongoing routine/maintenance cleanings. Month-to-month contracts only. NO long-term commitments. Cancel anytime.
- NOTE: All new clients begin with a detailed, scrub-until-it-shines Pristine Deep Clean. This initial visit typically requires double the time of a standard cleaning and prepares the property for your regular weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance schedule.
- 👉 To uphold our 100% guarantee, every new client must start with a Pristine Deep Clean. This ensures we can accurately determine whether an issue stems from a missed maintenance task or if it’s time for a quarterly or bi-yearly deep clean. Some tasks simply aren’t part of basic routine maintenance, and this approach keeps expectations clear.
- The determining factors include:
area usage, the type of business conducted in the space, and any additional considerations specific to your property. These details will be reviewed and clearly outlined in your month-to-month agreement so there are no surprises.
