On each scheduled visit, maintenance-level disinfecting is performed on commonly touched surfaces, including:
- Door handles and push plates
- Light switches
- Shared phones, appliance handles, and railings
- Keypads and elevator buttons

- Vacuum carpeted areas (full coverage or high-traffic zones, based on your maintenance plan)
- Sweep and damp mop hard floors using commercial-grade cleaners appropriate for your surfaces
- Spot-clean walls and doors for visible marks where reachable
- Services may be adjusted based on traffic patterns and your scheduled maintenance plan.

- Empty and re-line trash and recycling receptacles (liners must be provided on site)
- Wipe reception desks, counters, and guest tables
- Dust flat surfaces, ledges, dΓ©cor, and windowsills
