If at any point you’re unsatisfied, please reach out day or night. Our phone system gathers your information within minutes and can place you directly on Quality Assurance’s calendar so we can make things right. Our final product is a clean environment—anything short of that means we’re not satisfied either.
To keep motivation and morale high, please reach out when we’ve done right by you. One of the greatest rewards for our team is knowing they’ve hit the mark and earned the respect of another satisfied client.
If any portion of your cleaning service falls short, we’ll address it promptly—recleaning the specific area for FREE, if needed, or addressing an employee immediately if it’s a personality issue. No matter the concern, we’ll handle it without hesitation.

Use of Photos & Videos: Quality Assurance & Privacy
As part of our service process, The Dust, LLC may capture photos or video before, during, or after service for quality assurance, documentation, and marketing purposes. Media use is governed by our Service Agreement and Privacy terms.
We **never** capture, record, or use photos or video of clients or other individuals, and we **never** capture or use personal or private information. This includes, without limitation, faces, names, addresses, mail, documents, screens, paperwork, photographs, personal items, or any identifying details.
Media used for marketing is strictly limited to the work performed, finished results, equipment, and non-identifying portions of the space. Client privacy is treated as a standard of service, not an afterthought.
Clients may request to opt out of future media capture prior to service.
